[Asterisk-bsd] Zaptel Drivers

Do you have any sample config files for a single analog line?  i.e.
Zapata.conf, extensions.conf, and zaptel.conf?  I can't seem to get this
card working, it appears the drivers are loaded.

Yes.
I recommend you read man page of kldload, kldstat, kldunload.
