[Asterisk-bsd]Asterisk 1.2.16 Released

Hi all!.
As you know Asterisk 1.2.16 Released.
I try update my asterisk, but found some  issue.
Patch asterisk-1.2.12.1-codec-negotiation-20061009.diff.gz don`t applied.

I hope someone can help.
