do you have zaptel installed?
if so cd /usr/local/etc/rc.d
edit the zaptel file
and on the monload and unload lines do this

end of modload before the " put a space and ztdummy.ko and then at the 
beginning of the next line after the " put ztdummy.ko

this will load ztdummy for timing
