[Asterisk-bsd] compilation problems: chan_capi 1.6.1 @ 6.2-release

I've checked out SVN sources, did make install and tried to compile new
kernel. It didn't worked:

===> ath_rate_sample (all)
===> aue (all)
make: don't know how to make @/dev/usb2/usb.h. Stop
*** Error code 2

I have wiped if_ural.c, and also commented out "device usb" in kernel
config because - no help. What's wrong now?
