They changed the API of bus_setup_intr. Try something like this:

        err = bus_setup_intr(dev, sc->irq_res, INTR_TYPE_MISC | INTR_MPSAFE,
-           at91_ssc_intr, sc, &sc->intrhand);
+           NULL, at91_ssc_intr, sc, &sc->intrhand);
