Now I'm realy confused..

Just tried running my configs on a TrixBox install. No problems at all.

Can it be a timing issue with ztdummy ? 

Or is there some OS specific changes that's undocumented ?

I have just made a teste where i used madplay instead..! Still same proble,
when there is about 10 active sip channels ( 5 calls ) it starts chopping
the sound !
