[Asterisk-bsd] ok its the zaptel that is broken

ok the svn of zaptel-bsd/branches/1.4 is broken
the zaptel.h is wrong and there for asterisk will not include it
the branches/1.4 needs to be updated

checking for ZT_DIAL_OP_CANCEL in zaptel/zaptel.h... yes
checking for ZT_EVENT_REMOVED in zaptel/zaptel.h... yes
checking for ZT_TCOP_ALLOCATE in zaptel/zaptel.h... yes

this is getting tiresome that the diff branches get out of wack way to fast.
