[Asterisk-bsd] FreeBSD port for asterisk-1.2.17

what are the patches needed to asterisk 1.2.17 to have it compile on
freebsd ? as far as i'm aware, the only need is to comment out the
compilation of codec_zap from codecs/Makefile.
