[Asterisk-bsd] libpri for FBSD 6.1 and 1.2.11

Hmm..

Well, it won't build.   I tracked down zaptel.h and full pathed it, now
it's looking for zap.h, which I haven't been able to find?

Nothing in the zaptel-bsd-trunk or asterisk build directories or the
normal include directories.
