[Asterisk-bsd] Upgrading from Ports

Are you certain that this is the proper way to do it?  I thought I read
somewhere if you don't do the libraries and dependencies first it will
break things.  I hope I'm wrong.

Install ports/sysutils/portupgrade and run

portupgrade asterisk
