[Asterisk-bsd] Problems with IAX trunk and Zaptel

was asterisk compiled and installed /after/ zaptel-bsd was compiled and 
installed ? asterisk needs to pick up zaptel.h in /usr/local/include before 
it adds in stuff like timing for IAX2 and chan_zap itself.
