[Asterisk-bsd] Problems compiling with zaptel-bsd-trunk

It's a Dell PowerEdge 1850 with a 1 x 3Ghz Xeon, EM64T (amd64).   
Running FreeBSD 6.1-RELEASE.

Seems to be getting farther along in the compile now.  Failing on  
newt.h which is fine because I haven't installed it yet.
