[Asterisk-bsd] Interfaces

Well yeah, AMP has been "ported" to FreeBSD and is currently running,
though it needs testing, Sorry for the delay but ive been travelling on
business for the past month. Ill roll it up this week and get it to
those that wanted a copy for testing purposes. but it is done.
