[Asterisk-bsd] Brand new FreeBSD-5.4 install

does any of you have a skeleton for a port of asterisk-head to
FreeBSD ? Mostly minor things but there are some paths in
the top level makefile that need fixing, and on 6.0 there are
also some issues with printf formats.
