[Asterisk-bsd] 4.x vs 5x/6x support

its time to split the tree here. we have to make a final stable ver for 4.x 
and move to 5.x and 6.x out of all the companies using asterisk and fbsd I 
know and thats 20 of them they are all on 5.x and 2 are installing on 6.x 
beta 5  now for testing. 

from what I can see here I will get feed back from them on issues and pass 
them along.  but its time to fork and run.
