[Asterisk-bsd] Asterisk compile broken using latest zaptel-bsd libpri

odd cause i just today built the latest trunk of zaptel-bsd and asterisk
1.2, with libpri, addons, and had no isues compiling. just noticed
something about res_crypto when trying to start asterisk. but it built
fine and ive worked around the res_crypto issue
