[Asterisk-bsd] TE110p support on FreeBSD

Hello,

I would also like to verify if the TE110p will work with the T100p
driver for FreeBSD.  Are there any modifications necessary?  Is there a
different ID (PCI ID?  Whatever it checks for) for it?
