[Asterisk-bsd] Done: FreeBSD port of chan_capi

Hi everyone,

I just did the porting of chan_capi for FreeBSD. Thanx to everyone!!!!
Now I need to get firm with Asterisk itself :)

a) You need an ACTIVE ISDN controller from AVM
b) You need FreeBSD 5.x
c) Ready configured C4B (have a look on my site for a short how-to)
d) Install the LibLinuxCapi port, a wrapper for those LINUX CAPI
functions
e) Install the chan_capi port and configure Asterisk

I tested the port for some actions (namely the DEMO context). All
remarks would be welcome.
