[Asterisk-bsd] asterisk port pwlib problem

Thank you very much Steve. I applied the patch but I see the same error, I 
tried to deinstall the other pwlib previously installed with pkg_add and now 
the port is compiled fine. I don't know why the patch not works, I can see 
that the new line "STDCCFLAGS"  is added to the file 
make/ptbuildopts.mak.in, but the port is still trying to search /usr/local 
before the compile directory.

Anyway thank for you help.
