[Asterisk-bsd] Installing the asterisk-addons on FreeBSD

I've already submitted this change to the FreeBSD bug database and 
reported on it here and to the maintainer. I've had no reply from 
anyone on this matter, so I suspect either the maintainer is very busy 
or no longer active on this project.
