[Asterisk-bsd] list of current problems on freebsd + a little mgcp woes

If no one else is seeing 100% CPU load unless 'noload => pbx_wilcalu.so' 
is set in modules.conf, perhaps that can be clarified to apply to 0.9 
and earlier.
