[Asterisk-bsd] asterisk-current and freebsd UK zaptel driver

I've been running asterisk-current for a few days and the ports zaptel
driver is working fine with UK settings apart from it does not detect UK
line hangup where as the Linux zaptel driver does.

Something is not being configured right on the card because I added in the
uk callerid patch which keeps an rx history buffer and you can see that it
is not pickup the v23 modem codes before the first ring.
