[Asterisk-bsd] UDP checksum

Welcome Chris!

    I don't know (understand) why, but now I working with two K6-266, two
P4-2.8, one P3-800 and one P3-700 SMP. CVS 16/07.
On ANY of this systems (have I turned on/off ACPI or HT on P4, or working
with different kernel) I have such RTP. There are some fixes maden, I'll
post later.
