[Asterisk-bsd] [FreeBSD 5.2.1. Only] Music On Hold fork blocks other threads

[Dr. Rich Murphey]

Mpg123 hasn't died has it?  I suspect asterisk would be polling for input
when it obtains audio from mpg123, and perhaps the socket to mpg123 is
reporting an error status.
