[Asterisk-bsd] Stack size in pthreads

This seems to be a reoccurring problem with asterisk.  Just ignore the
hundreds of EAGAIN errors asterisk gets.  You can grab the parts you
want from my patches for openbsd.  (Just repeatedly search for
EAGAIN.)
