[Asterisk-bsd] 1.0.2 does not build on -current

Ya, ditto... Except it was as of Wednesday. Actually, was probably as

Tried on 4.10 (11-PRERELEASE), 5.3 and now 5.2.1 but I have a feeling
now that since I'm not the only one, I might as well not bother trying
because the likelihood is that it won't work anyway...
