<p>Yes, I have too have bad experience dealing such Customer, basically they buy bulk of premium numbers , dial list and ring for few seconds so that their premium number callerid appears on recipient screen and earn money by receiving calls onpremium numbers</p>

if yes that should tel you what caller id they are inserting so you can see if it's a premium number.<br>

As others have said, sounds *extremely* suspicious.<br>

If you're at all concerned about a potential customer's motivation,<br>
there's no harm asking them to explain why they're trying to do that -<br>
and then decide for yourself whether their explanation is<br>
