Hey,<br><br><br>I need a solution for Voice Broadcasting or Call blasting whatever terminology you would like to use..<br><br><br>Basicly here is the call flow Dialer Dials a set number of calls per minute maintains X number of concurrent calls at any time<br>
<br>when a remote party picks up it plays an audio file to them at that point the remote party press's 1 to be transfered to a rep<br><br>or press's 2 to Disconnect..<br><br><br>if they press 1 it automaticly transfers the call to a Rep<br>
<br><br>Call Flow.<br><br><br>If the call is being transfered to an Agent via SIP termination to a landline number<br><br>then if there is already X number of calls in place to that number it will put that call in Que with MOH(Music On Hold )<br>
<br><br>If the call is being transfered to An Internal Extension On the PBX then it puts them in Que aswell to be transfered to a Rep when one is free<br><br><br>Now it must also have ACD ( Automatic Call Distribution ) so its distributing calls evenly,<br>
<br><br>Now from my Last Post i had alot of people contact me but most where people offering SaaS<br><br>I'm looking for a Dialer Solution i can put on my Server..<br>
