Talking Voice, you forgot to mention which product you were referring to.<br><br>QueueMetrics has also contacted me and I am considering their product seriously. This is because I know they are a around ever since I am in the asterisk based VoIP industry. But if anybody wants to propose anything similar or better, I an open for a comparison.<br>

I need some QueueMetrics type solution. Trying to get hold of them for
