what it does is as follows as I understand<br>
1. grabs the digits that were dialed <br>
2. puts them in a buffer<br>
3. dials the designated callback or call thru number (with or without
PIN)<br>
4. then dials out the digits that were stored in the buffer.<br>
<br>
The advantage is from a sales POV - if you give this to your customers
- they will use your<br>
system automatically, they do not have to dial access numbers, pin
numbers etc. <br>
<br>
Less pain, more calls, more sales.<br>
<br>
The question is of course how reliable it is... And can it store more
than one callback number <br>
so that could change when roaming.<br>
