a daily one as they get the digest<br>delivered. <br><br>If you have a vacation script, out of office auto responder, or anything<br>that is going to send stuff out, exempt the mailing lists you are on, or<br>better yet create a list only email address so that other list members<br>dont have to deal with your notification of whatever.
