An interesting question is how do you define low cost??<br>
Softswitches and billing systems can cost anywhere from *free* to
millions of dollars. So while one person may define low cost as a few
hundred dollars, I might define it as $20,000.<br>
So, by better defining your price range you will probably get better
recommendations!<br>
