business practice. I need to be able to put up a DID in a reasonable
amount of time, with some sort of certainty that it will happen. If your
second job is being a VoIP wholesaler and you happen to put up the DIDs at
night, whenever you're not busy playing video games, DON'T ANSWER. I need
some stability, because my customers need stability too. I can't afford to
have a guy dissapear from the radar for a week without

there are too many mom-and-pop shops around and I wouldn't mind some sort of
scoringh system for providers. I've been leaving emails at some VoIP
termination providers and not getting calls back (for a week!), people with no
phone numbers (that doesn't look too serious people, especially in the VoIP
business)...Time to get serious.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
