<br><br>As another user mentioned, asterisk is the softswitch. You could easily<br>use ASTCC for the calling cards. Now here I put my own plug in. We<br>have a software package called ASTPP (<a href="http://www.aleph-com.net/astpp">
www.aleph-com.net/astpp</a>) that is<br>open source and is designed to do either prepaid or postpaid billing.<br>It is presently designed to work with AgileBill for invoice creation and<br>presentation but that is easy to modify if you have some other software
