w:st="on">Las Vegas</st1:City> to call forward to a 561 number in <st1:place
w:st="on">South Florida</st1:place>. If that can’t be done, then the DID could
be sent to me via IAX or SIP and I can forward it, but I prefer it be done at
the upstream providers level. Can somebody provide this?
