~ Added elevation tracking for full x/y/z co-ordinate support.

~ Added DIY GPS IVR for roaming users to self-manage their location
information using just their phone touch pad, and saving that data in
encrypted format inside the internal Asterisk DB to enhance privacy.

~ Added voicemail notification containing the first thirty seconds of
the call, using your existing internal Asterisk voicemail configuration
(so compatible with voicemail-to-email, SMS paging, etc., depending on
your setup.)

~ Added mini-HOWTO for FreePBX users to get started with ABC ASAP!
