I hold patents in VOIP I am in need of an expert witness and person to 
support questions about the patents.  Must be able to qualify as an 
expert in VOIP.  Have knowledge of program functions for IVR, PBX, 
SWITCH.  Must be in the USA if possible in OHIO but will consider other
