[asterisk-biz] Solution for Call Center

Hello Guys,

I want to use an open source call center platform for my business to attend to my customers' complaints and inquiries.
After some serious search I have chosen Asterisk, but I want to analyze what is needed in total (physical devices, infrastructure, etc) so as to enable me evaluate the cost of installation of this solution.

My call center will have about 10 agents max for a start, then can later upgrade.
