[asterisk-biz] Good SIP providers?

+1 for flowroute support, I'm frequently impressed by their staff and the
fact that the very first person who answers the phone is very experienced
with SIP, packet captures, has significant value and differentiates them
quite distinctively from their competitors.

when I used vitelity we also had alot of strange quirky issues that were
intermittent and we never really had a solid stretch of time where the
service was completely issue free. it was infuriating that they forcefed
you into ticket hell and alot of times we would be waiting quite some time
for a simple question or issue and then get a reply that didnt even address
our inquiry but seemed merely to be an update for sake of the ticket system
showing that they were awaiting customer reply. we also had many tickets
closed without us feeling the issue was actually resolved. probably the
most upsetting though was the way they handled emergencies, trying to get
ahold of a human via phone when there was emergencies was basically
impossible and it was very irritating we had to make a payment to be able
to open a emergency ticket and then leave it up to their discretion whether
or not the money would be refunded. i was constantly disgusted by the way
the ran their business. note: we were wholesale, not a retail or end user.
we have not used their services at all approx 1 year so things may be
different / better but based not our experience i dont think we would ever
even take the risk again of putting our clients critical voice traffic
through such a inaccessible company who runs their business the way they do.

just my 2 cents, but i have heard of similar experiences from friends who
also work in the industry
