[asterisk-biz] Excel php import library for rate sheets?

Hello 

Is anyone aware of a php library to automate the import of carrier rate sheets? 

I see that there exists PHPExcel which can handle Excel spreadsheets.
Ideally the library should provide the possibility to use import templates so that recurring imports can be largely automated.

Any hints are greatly welcome
