[asterisk-biz] Pop up based on BLF

Hi,

 

Does anyone know of Windows software that will launch a URL or run some
other program with the caller ID of the caller based on BLF. From the
research that I have done I can SUBSCRIBE to my own SIP account and get
notified when my line is ringing and who is calling. I am interested in both
open source and paid solutions.
