So, based on this, does someone with a Beeline landline pay an 
_additional_ 5 AMD a minute on top of these tariffs in order to call one 
of your +374 60 numbers?  Or do they only pay that while they are within 
their "included" minutes, and then it is the normal Beeline overage 
rate?  Or is it the Beeline overage rate plus an additional 5 AMD/min?
