[asterisk-biz] Hosted PBX Provider with local London number

Well, the calculation's pretty simple: sale price less cost = gross margin.
And, no, our infrastructure isn't free, but UKDDI runs on existing hardware
which is also used for various other services, so its marginal
infrastructure
cost can be considered to be zero.

In fact, probably the greatest UKDDI-related cost is my time answering 
e-mails asking how we do it for free, this one being the third I've had this
week..
