I would not recommend Sphinx for Telephony. It was trained for normal deskt=
ops though there were wsj vocabularies but still far from perfect.<br><br>I=
t is worth putting some money in ASR systems - however if you are concerned=
 about costs, you could look at cloud systems.<br>
