[asterisk-biz] Who can provide business internet connection worthy of VoIP for Dallas area?

Thanks for all the input guys. Time Warner uses Coax cables right? or do
they also do DSL over the phone lines?

The requirement is for business internet that is cost effective so I am not
sure if T1 would be cost effective.
