Depends on your endpoints...

Peer1 was very low latency to west coast and Canada from 60 Hudson.
Atlantic Metro was pretty good.

We also peered directly with ATT and Level3-- depends what your traffic
is and if you're big enough to get a good rate from the big boys or if
you need a reseller like Peer1 or Atlantic.
