I am a bit confused too and a more thorough explanation by the list 
admin about similar incidents would be beneficial...

IMHO although IMHO Yaro does indeed maintain a rather "large" presence 
in the list I don't see what he did wrong in this case.

He just sent messages about _different_ offers. It was not the same 
message that was sent repeatedly to the list...
