[asterisk-biz] Ringing tone detection

Hi,

Thanks, but this task is different, it's not detecting a fax tone, but
detecting ringing tone in recorded audio. We don't develop a dialer in this
case (although we have one in Asterisk VQM), but we develop software to
detect the tone and are curious if this kind of functionality is unique
requirement or has a more common nature.

Thanks!

Hi,

We have that kind of Dialer.

It detects the Fax Tone (CNG detection provided by the Asterisk) and
the Answering Machine (with the AMD application).

Our Dialer starts a VoiceXML session in the Asterisk when the phone pickups.

Regards,

Borja
