Hi Asim,

As far as I know, you will not be able to find anyone.  If someone can prove
me wrong, please let me know so I can buy from you.

There are a number of organizations who have applied to be a CLEC in SK,
however, none have yet to be either 1) Approved or 2) Able to provide the
service.
