[asterisk-biz] Open source friend of Barcelona visits NYC, requests best deals on calls and SMS

T-Mobile is my favorite for the US.  $0.10/min in/out calls within the US,
$0.10 texts, and $1.49/day internet  (Pay only for the days you use it).
The only caveat is that they charge $0.50/min to call Canada (My home)... a
DISA took care of that pretty quick.
